Kelston Mall Easter Promotion Terms and Conditions
Kelston Mall Easter Hunt: Terms & Conditions:
1. There will be a total of two prizes awarded for this competition

2. The two winners will receive one of two chocolate Easter Hens worth $70 each.

3. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

5. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result in the entry being invalid.
6. By entering the competition winners agree to their photograph being published by Kelston Mall online and in print form.
7. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
8. Kelston Mall is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.
9. Only entries received by the closing date of 3rd April 2021 will be accepted.
10. Winners will be notified via phone.
11. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, at Kelston Mall’s discretion that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
12. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. All entries become the property of Kelston Mall and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes or passed onto a third party involved in the promotion for their marketing purposes.
Kelston Mall Crack it to Win: Terms & Conditions
1. To enter eligible participants must follow KelstonMall on Facebook or Instagram as well as adding their entry guess to the comments on one of the Competition Social Posts. Or entering via form in one of the KelstonMall participating stores.
2. There will be a total of eight prizes awarded for this competition.
3. Two winners with the correct answer of Easter Eggs (chosen at random) will receive $100 in Kelston Mall Vouchers. Six winners who have entered guessed correct or incorrectly (chosen at random) will receive a $50 in Kelston Mall Vouchers.
4. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

Kelston Mall Hamper Competition: Terms & Conditions
1. To enter eligible participants must make a purchase from one of the participating Kelston Mall retailers and fill out the Easter Hamper entry form.
2. There will be a total of five prizes awarded for this competition.
3. All five winners will receive an Easter Hamper worth $100.
4. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
6. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result in the entry being invalid.
7. Entries will be disqualified if the entrant does not spend a minimum of $10
8. Entries will be disqualified if the entrant submits more than one entry per transaction.
9. Retailers and their employees are not entitled to the prizes or to enter the draw.
